If your location isn’t listed, please contact us prior to ordering to confirm availability.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

• Custom restorations or large equipment may require additional handling time (we’ll notify you by email).

Shipping Carriers

We partner with DHL, UPS, FedEx, and trusted freight services for larger items to ensure safe and insured delivery.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, and destination.

• Free shipping may apply to select items or promotions (see current offers).

Packaging

All products are professionally packed using foam, reinforced boxes, and anti-static materials to prevent damage during transit.

Tracking & Insurance

• Every shipment includes tracking information sent via email once dispatched.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy—but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility

You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• The item is significantly not as described

• You received the wrong item

❗ Returns are not accepted for:

• Buyer’s remorse (e.g. changed mind, ordered by mistake)

• Vintage items with known or listed wear

• International orders, unless damaged or misrepresented

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at sales@vintagehifiav.com with:

   • Your order number

   • Photos of the item and packaging

   • A brief description of the issue

2. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

3. Once approved, items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
